| CFSA, the payday advance industry's national trade group, was formed in 1999 to ensure continued consumer confidence, to establish CFSA Best Practices for its members and to educate legislators and regulators about the role of payday advance in the broader financial services arena. CFSA members work on local, state and national levels to promote laws and regulations that balance the interests of the industry with those of consumers. CFSA also works on behalf of members to support and encourage responsible industry practices. |
